Is it still possible to have LASIK surgery after cataracts?
While refractive surgery can be done on cataract patients, patients considering corneal refractive surgery may want to rely on the cataract surgery to correct their vision. Should astigmatism or the prescription not be adequately treated by removal of the cataract, LASIK can be performed.
