Insurance & Vision Plans
Will insurance cover LASIK?
LASIK and PRK Surgery are elective procedures and are not covered by most insurance plans. However, you do have options!
Vision Plans: Check with your employer, the majority offer a vision plan for covered employees and their families. This type of plan provides you and your family access to vision services throughout the year. Most have negotiated LASIK savings plans that can save you up to 15% off of the usual and customary fees. Some employers even pay for a portion of your surgery (Ask your HR manager).
